Currently Coach Maxwell is one of the hottest coaches in Ghana.One can attest to this fact by the way Kotoko and Goldfields are trying to lure him into the technical room. This shows the confidence Ghanaian teams have in him.So WHY are George Afriyie and Oti Akenten trying heaven and earth to kick Coach Konadu out of the Black Stars?Maxwell is more experienced that Tanko and all the others mentioned.Maxwell has the record of winning the league with Kotoko and also taking Ghana Chan Team to the finals in South Africa. He also completed the Qualification of the Ghana Black Stars to AFCON in Equatorial Guinea when Coach Appiah left. Why is he all of a sadden being side lined for inexperienced back room staff. GFA watch out.////

Recently when web brought five coaches who were been sort after by Ghanaian teams, Coach Konadu was on top. What went wrong that his services are not needed again in the Ghana Black Stars.Is it from Coach Appiah or The GFA. Maxwell,s partenership with Coach Appiah yielded very good results so why can,t the GFA pair them again?Coach Konadu and Sellas Tetteh are two of the finest Ghana have at the moment so if K Appiah is to pick an assistant, it should be Konadu or Tetteh.

I completely lost all respect for him when he decided to stick around after Appiah was wrongfully terminated for that useless Grant. It showed me he had no alligence to Appiah and therefore cannot be trusted.
