Ghanaian boxing referee, Rodger Barnor has announced his decision to come out of retirement, saying he is ready to make a strong comeback to his officiating duties in the ring.
Barnor claimed he returned to the sport after being persuaded by several top officials of the Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA).
