Police Inspector wins Veterans tourney

Graphic Table Tennis A 51-year-old Police Inspector, Christian Aboagye, beat businessman Jason Onyameh 3-1 to win the second edition of the Veterans table tennis tournament which was staged at the Kings Royal Table Tennis Academy in Accra last Monday. In a keenly-contested championship, which attracted over 30 former national ping pong players, another businessman Samuel Quaofio placed third after defeating Robert Amartey 3-2. Inspector Aboagye received an undisclosed sum of money, a set of solar panels and LED bulbs as his prize.
