Northerners must start investing in the north,lots of rich northerners don't invest in their home towns,all they do is to buy houses in Accra and jumasi but never buy any in the north

It baffles my mind when a strategic region like the UPPER EAST is overlooked for many years after the overthrew of Head Of State Of the Republic of Ghana , Gen Acheampong.
Interestingly he was the one who had that region at heart knowing the enormous potential it had.
Will Ghanaians believe that currently the Regional Catering Rest House boast of an Olympic standard pool and when the original blue prints are considered and modified will be one of the beacons to promote tourism in that region.
Also the vast lands in Tongo which also has mineral deposits is available.
There are several that I can mention of but just limiting myself to these few it is unjustifiable to see a region which has had many leaders forming part of the National Democratic Congress to still be deprived till date.
If u are to make the list of Personalities we will not finish.
Blessed memory JEA Mills cut the sod for the construction of the Volga Stadium but today its donkey market dwelling.
That's the extent to which the Ghanaian has emancipated his mentality.
They were patriotic citizens but hunger, greed and wickedness has made them to know recognize only their immediate family at the expense of the masses.
Ghanaians I want us to appeal to the president and the minister of youth and sport to holistically address this situation.
As for Abedi and sons the least said about them the better but I don't blame the sons.
Cos even when u get to Abedi ancestral home which is close to where the slave trade took place family members where still living in an uncompleted facility as at 2007.
Can someone tell me he couldn't have completed it aftwr Burkina 1998.
Chalets and teacher bungalows constructed by previous regimes are still unattended to and currently C.S and P.S including Security workers had to rent privately.
There are so many huge challenges facing that region but I want Ghanaians to know the truth that when giving the necessary attention it will be a trade hub between Ghana and its land Locked neighbours at its north and will generate enough income to support the GDP of this country.
The facts and truth lies with the people
Only left with leadership and it will be an emerging economy on its own.
Cos it has a lot resources to make enormous income for its growth.

As for Abedi Pele and his sons, l beg just take it that they never exists. They are some of the most successful and useless northerners l have come across. Just forget about these idiots. Since all these institutions failed us, the only option now is to appeal directly to NANA ADDO DANQUAH AKUFO-ADDO. I believe he will come to our aid. I'll come back.
