When you compare him to most coaches in europe, they kept their coaches and encourage them to correct their mistakes. For us it is get get his head. What have we gain after we sacked him? We blamed him for Essian and Muntary coup which he didnt have idea about. Just bring him back and encourage him. USA lost to the same team we drew with but they kept their coach and the team is doing well now and i believe Ghana will no more be able to beat them. Just bring him back and encourage him and keep our money home

They don't care about your wealth and can even decide to come to the training grounds in a taxi because they manufactured it whilst the players will rather prefer to come and show off in their latest flashy cars.Who can ever imagine that Yaya Toure will be benched? Pep Guardiola has done it.A Coach is also someone who should exude confidence and joy to infect the players on the field of play for the players to have at the back of their mind whilst playing that "I have to die for this Coach,I don't have to disappoint him."Some people rubbish the fact that Avram Grant is a high-profile Coach but they are jokers.Any Black Stars player feels proud back at their base because they are handled by Avram Grant. Sillas has been coaching the national teams of other countries, and competing against the likes of Grant etc. Who most Ghanaians hailled when he was appointed. Some people are doing PR for Kwasi Appiah. Before he joined the Sudanese team, they placed third. The following season, rhey again placed third under Kwasi Appiah. He was not the best coach then. Then, with fifth place, he is suddenly best coach.
