  Just literary, OOPS! literally ask me the layman: who a 'Government' is, and I would almost spontaneously say, ABAN.

  Nope! the government is the people, for the people, and by the people.
  What is it?
  Does it include you and I?
  Yes.
  I don't think so.
  
  Here is one:
  In a peculiar case where a department in the Sports ministry is created, and or mandated to handle "football affairs", I mean football related issues only, call it a federation if you choose it to be so.
  Does it mean such an agency was arbitrarily created to openly operate on its own without accounting/reporting back to the Ministry, aka the Government?
  
  That is a wrong perception so enveloped by the layman,one like me.
  In that, every agency/federation is borne out of the ministry, hence reports directly back to the ministry for every onward transaction that augur smooth and effective running of the Government.
  
  If that is the case, that is, if I believe what you are saying, then why is that the Sports Ministry is having a 'tug of war' between one of her own wing? How could the ministry fly with one of its wing being capitulated?
  
  I know what:
  The Federation, now known as the GFA have enjoyed absolute freedom to operate without any hindrance by a system, a social canker, known as "You scratch my back-I scratch your back" syndrome.
  "WOn nyinaa ka ho bi"
  "Juloi sOOn"
  
  In the last ten or so years, every budget sent to the ministry ignores every office practice with little or no meticulous scrutiny and approves of it. (Kontriman Songo is forever pardoned when he categorized it as an atrocious, OOPS! an OB> "Outrageous Budget" The layman would call it; Loot and share>> a collaboration in 'sikadie-basababsa' between the GFA and the Ministry is the bone of contention which goes to conclude that a culminating episode being played out between the GFA boss and that of the Ministry's boss is the show of today featuring Akwasi Nyantakyi and Nii Lantey Vanderpuige.
  
  Apparently, the GFA and the Ministry are part of the problem. They both have sucked the sporting economy Ghanaians could hardly breath.
  His Honourable, who is not new in the system has systematically followed the exploits of KN and believes he has exploited the system for far too long, the repercussion being why the GPL is down trodden, not to mention corruption, apathy, favouritsm and failing enthusiasm of the teaming supporters.
  Is it safe to say thee is a personality clash between the two giants?
  I would say none of that. In that, one is corrupt, one is not.
  
  The Honourable seeks to change that sooner or later.
  You support it, I support it.
  We're all in support of it for the better sports agenda to succeed.
  Got a problem with that?
