Whoever time is left off the contract is what you pay him. This is a legal issue. So you guys being senselessly emotional and insulting coach Duncan won't help kotoko. The guy has a case and he is right. He gas 8 months more so kotoko should NOT cheat him but pay him in full. Coach Duncan knows Ghanaian teams very well so he has also learnt his lesson he had way. And this time he is right to either get the whole 8 months salary in bulk and go in peace or stay aside and collect it monthly for 8 months. STOP BLAMING THE COACH - HE IS ENFORCING HIS RIGHT ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT. If you guys are not happy blame kotoko management and legal team NOT coach Duncan. This is a legal case and nothing else. Stop the loose talk and use your brains, Abah!!

Becos he was under contract, Spurs had to pay his salary until the end of his contract period. The logic is the contract.

So if I am employed as ateacher not later I'm unable to walk or stand due to an injury. The emoloyer has every right to cancel the terms of employment without just cause simply becos of this inability to stand next teach. In the same way, gpl is heavily reliant on shorterm results early. So if a coach is unable to accrue wins immediately. The employer can fire the coach without just cause simply becos of the nature of the profession. Ask any lawyer not they will tell u about this "unwritten rule" of law.....

When separation was discussed with him, because Hearts wanted to protect his homour, he went out to claim dismissal without letter. How was that possible? Even if that was the case, he deserved only 3 months' pay. But he bribed the idiots and thieves at the FA to claim payment for the rest of his contract. Kotoko should have learned from this. Duncan is bad and dishonest. And he is not a good coach. The truth does not hide. Kotoko was deceived by Hearts position at the time Duncan was sacked. Hearts had an ambition, and realized that Duncan could not help achieve it. The idiots who supported Duncan to defraud Hearts should bow their heads in shame.
