Bonuses are not mandatory.its just one of the many incentives given for a good work done and also to boost your morale for subsequent tasks,but its up to management to decide on how much to give and in what currency. One can not say this is the way I want to receive my bonus.
Left with me alone,there should be no bonuses paid to anybody.a target should rather be set for them.example,qualify ghana to cup of nations and receive so and so amount,win the African cup and receive this amount,win third place and receive this amount, etc.
I support the minister,if the coach doesn't like the money in CEDI's,he can choose not to receive it.
