He is out of position a lot, always behind the ball or far from the ball when defending. Today wasn't different. It isn't a coincidence that Southampton created all of their scoring chances from Chelsea's left. Baba has the talent but far from the required performance.

Remember you will not always have this opportunity, grab it and prove your worth. Work on this: You lack a sense of alertness when going forward, so you can't recover quickly when you loose the ball. Mistakes are part of football, but how you rectify your mistake is the difference between good and poor defender. Your Coach is fast loosing his confidence in you, if he gives you another opportunity, do all to impress him. A word to the wise...

He can run a lot and kick the ball to nowhere so the coach should play him at centerback. He lacked creativity and that hurt Leceister's attack until he was substituted. I sense a lot of hype around many of Ghanaian players you know.
