Talking musicians to stadiums is pure madness and lack of ideas and vision. Mr. Writer,Your idea is not bad but it won't help for now. What Ghana football needs is seven composory local players for the senior national tea the black stars to serve as motivation. 1 goal keeper,2 defenders,2 midfielders and two attackers composory. They are lot of great talents who refused playing for the local league because they end up getting nothing so why would they waste their time playing for nothing!!?. The bonus our professionals pick from national assignments are pea nuts to them but a local player will be seen as a hero with that bonuses.

Nice suggestions up there bt sending musicians to the stadium wnt help. People must patronize the league nt bcos musicians are been sent to the stadium bt bcos they ve a love & interest for the game. All the other suggestions are very laudable esp the academy part. The only team the played beautiful games in last season's league is Inter Allies. This happened cos they ve a strong academy. The only thing they lack is experience players. If they blend the academy players with some experience ones they will soon conquer the whole of Ghana in terms of soccer. And to the investment part through the government I think it's a nice 1 as well bt let ask ourselves 'is the gov't ready to do that'? The ans is big NO! The various clubs must find effective ways of running their clubs without depending on the gov't.

The first issue is to address players pay if we are not paying the players how are going to support the these academies? Secondary we have to force the Black Star coach to stay in Ghana and watch the local league. The government is not the answer get government out of the way and let the private sector take over. Reform the GFA, The GFA had turned the GFA into money making machine why pay each member of EXCON $15K when the money could have gone to club development.

It beggars belief that everyone including the GFA boss is spilling out ideas and strategies when no one knows what is putting the spectators off. Why won't the GFA employ the services of proper management consultants and then strategize based on their findings. It is surprising Nyantekyi sounded that shallow as his strategy can only help in the short term. Does he have the head to lead?

Firstly no one should say there is no money to be put into grass root football, the GFA can afford to pay friends and cronies a whopping $15,000 each for what? $15,000 can level and grass about 3or4 local pitches in Accra so just do the calculations. we are supposedly a oor nation ,we go to the world cup make about $4m and instead of putting that money in the Fa`s account for the "development" of the game the President and his fellow "crooks" in collusion with some govt and Sports council officials decide to share the loot. The GFA should be dissolved cos they are not fit for purpose!!!
