We need at least a 3/4quota for local players. We have local goalies and even players in ghana who have form and even better than overseas players. Grant can use the Internet to monitor players. Why travel aimlessly? You say ...

The idea of qouta for local players is a very backward one. If this country is seriosly interested in the Black Stars making an impressive impact on the international scene, it makes practical common sense that players should ...

If players are selected on merits alone hen what is Waris, Mensah and Jordan doing on this selection?

  • KG 8 years ago

Please get me right Mr Agoo. I am not justifying the inclusion or otherwise of any individual player, local of foreign. My submission was an attack on the idea of a qouta system in favour of a class of players based on where ...

I misunderstood your point and assumed the worst.(not my best quality)I hope I didn't offend you.Anyway you are right that quota system will be counter productive. My whole beef is that Coach Grant seem to have written off the ...

The benefits of training with an international player like Gyan,Acquah Dade and Afful are priceless for the local players and does wonders for the self esteem of the international players.I will rather have a local player on ...

Avram grant should call this hidden talent to replace Atsu. The boy Okra is a black star material and a future star. Mark my words!

You heard him right. Very defiant. We are on a nasty road to bitter dispute. No better player in Ghana, nonsense. What you see is what you get. Ghana can't handle a JEW. Period.

LET HIM DO HIS JOB AND STOP THE BULL-CRAP

  • Kwadaso 8 years ago

What a stupid thing to say.Ghana is not handling the "Jew" as you put it.The man is here to do a job which has nothing to do with his race or ethnicity. If there is lack of oversight at GFA it will not be because the coach is ...

Ghanabas and Ghanamas, this son of jews is taking Ghanians for fools.

Ghana is a country of 25million football coaches but only less than 75 are qualified coaches. Let's allow this man to do his job and monitor his his performances.

  • Fred 8 years ago

For a coach to say categorically that only "few of the young players have a good future" is a very big statement!!! That shows you how low Ghana football has sunk. Kwesi Nyantekyi should wake up and do his job!

Grant do your job-- no quota nonsense for any local crap. We want the best players and not geography quota law
