  Baba Rahman no doubts is a very good and very clever footballer.I have no shred of doubt in my mind that he will succeed in both England and Italy.
  As it stands now,i would advise,if my opinion is sought,that he signs for a side\team that will guarantee him regular playing time.Money is good but the more playing time he gets,the better he becomes and the higher the wages he will command.Neither Man.City,Chelsae,nor Juventus will guarantee regular playing time.I'd rather he gets a top Bundesliga side(the managers there know him quite well) or at worst stay put at Ausburg and renegotiate for higher wages.

  Baba is already playing in one of the top three leagues in Europe. He is making his mark and progressing all the time in the Bundesliga. There is no need for him to move at all. He should follow the example of Kuffuor and play all his football in Germany even if it means moving to a bigger club in Germany if he is guaranteed regular playing time. For now, he should focus on gaining some experience from his club's participation in the Europa Cup next season. I will certainly be sitting up to watch him play in Europe. Please Baba, never make the mistake of moving to a club where you are likely to sit on the bench most of the time or parceled out on loan to clubs you may not like to play for. Good luck to you in your career development.

  Since Augsburg will be playing in Europe come next season, I will advise Baba to stay with the club for another season before deciding to move. This will allow for continuity of form and consistency, leading to high morale and confidence. If he moves to a club where he is not guaranteed first team play, it will truncate his performance. He should stay. Anybody who is concerned and has his contact either on face book or any of the social media should advise him strongly to stay. His agent should not be too money conscious and force him to leave Augsburg.
