If you get drunk and don't start causing troubles or any disturbances then fine. I don't see any racism relation in your case. Probably associate it with your rights but drink responsibily

Racism or tribalism will always be with us as long as humans walk this planet. That is part of our genetic make up. Even animals go with their kind. No matter how long you live among Whites or whatever, there are always some elements that will see or perceived you as not one of their kind.

Even in Ghana, where we all have the same skin color, we prefer those who speak our tongue. Right or wrong? The world will never be free of racism or tribalism.

You're making assertions, which presuppose that human behaviour could or should be animalized, and that would be alright. Well, we're diffeerent from animals because we possess advanced consciousness. This means that while we go with our kind, we also have to respect and understand others who go with their kinds as a means to enlarge our circles of friendship,togetherness,cooperation. That's the essence of our being social organisms, not isolated ones. Since we're social animals, it goes without saying that the issue of racism, or even, tribalism, has to lessen and eventually become ineffectual, not persist as an unavoidable reality. In short, we aren't primitive (carnivorous) animals!

It is your responsibility as a human being, black or white to have dignity in yourself. You cant expect someone to instill dignity in you. If white students think they are better than you. Then prove to them that you are better than them. We have seen how some players like kpb, balotelli and others lose it mentally,.when they are taunted by racist fans. The onus lies on the league boards, clubs and law enforcement to impose fines, make arrests etc and they are doing that. As a player,.you must concentrate on your job and ignore the distracted. If they had money to buy premier seats. They won't be behaving like animals!

You are correct son. Racism is a very horrible European disease, and in this case the sick man of western democracy. Over there, they talk about it but it is just talk. Those in the stands chanting those racist rants are a reflection of society at large. The least educated, working class and even middle classes least paid cannot stand to see Blacks in football. They cannot afford to see them play with their pittance of income. Above all it is about jealousy. They wished they could be the replacement for those Blacks, strong, beautiful, and can also jump; but is hardly possible.The same Europe gave the world two vicious world wars, and of course Nazism and the Holocaust. The root cause, once again is racism -- one European group hallucinating that it is superior to the others, and thus reason to destroy them. As someone said, racism is in the European blood if there is blood called European. But the sad truth is ghat no one is born racist, it is learned -- from the home, families, schools, factory grounds and neighborhoods. That is why it is such a big problem to deal with. It is not wholly located in one sector of society. It can raise its ugly and shameful head any where. The fight against racism then must be eternal and holistic. The easiest chance is in EDUCATION. And thanks, son, for participating in that educational process.
