This write-up is good but the author is not patient. We all know what happened in Brazil. We also know that the new coach has not interacted much with the players. For some of the players their first interaction with him will be when they go camping for AFCON 2015. They will need time to understand coach and vice versa. In trying to argue the way you do, is like trying to work some kind of magic and get things done the way we (Ghanaians) always think and wish. Let us accept that we don't have a top performing team due to certain circumstances and psych up the Ghanaian football lovers to be ready for successes and failures in the upcoming AFCON tournament.It does not pay to raise false hopes.
Without doubt, our players are good, but you realise that they need to be together for a while under a particular coach so that they would fully imbibe his style and perform to the best of their ability.If we are ready to accept that we cannot be on top of the game all the time, then we shall be in a position to make a realistic evaluation of every game; and who knows, from our underdog position we may pull surprises. pulling positive surprises in a game that one does not deem himself/herself the best, brings more joy to the supporters.
Let's accept that we may not that brilliant at AFCON 2015.If however, we prove to be a better side,we give thanks to God.
