I am sure your inferiority complex is preventing you to see the facts on the ground. Go through the current Black Stars squad and tell me what percentage come from the hated tribe you are alluding to. Black Star player selections are sometimes driven by greed and corruption but not tribalism. This corruption cuts accross all tribal lines and that's what we need to talk about, not your in-bred hatred and jealousy for a particular tribe.

Some Ghanaians have such a blind loyalty to using home-grown coaches without facing the realities on the ground. There is not an aota of difference between Konadu and AA. They both use the same approach towards games and their tactics are no different. They command the same amount of respect from the players, and that's nothing to write home about. We will continue to do the same thing over and over again hoping for different results. The last time I checked, that's the definition of insanity.

Can Konadu manage Muntari, Michael Essien, Adam K. and possible KPB? Without these great players in the team, I honestly doubt if we can compete with the likes of Algeria, Ivory Coast and possible Senegal. As much as I hate foreign coaches, Ghana has no option than to hire one who can manage the egos of our best. Think of this team, Muntari, Michael Essien, A. Gyan (Captain), Andrew Ayew, Jordan Ayew, K. Assamoha (Juventus), and Adam K. (Goal Keeper). This group can compete with any team in the world and I don’t think Konadu can manage this team.

So when the process for search of a substantive coach fr /Ghana was launched where were all the football experts. Why is it now that someone has been chosen, all sorts of characters are suggesting KONADU to be the coach and Grant technical director - what ranking in coaching has Konadu got? The pupil teacher can always help but he cannot be better than a trained teacher. If he had confidence in himself why did he not apply? Or why did the so-called lovers of Ghana football not advise him to apply. Pleeaasse there are too many cooks; how can we expect to progress when all Ghanaians are experts. We did the same for Kwasi Appiah when he was winning; of all the experts nobody thought that a coach should have learned industrial psychology and be able to manage egos even bigger than himself. You guys still don’t understand shit.
