I don't know who told these Ghana coaches that Dede Ayew is a winger. In Ghana, Dede's best position would have been a striker because of his ability to score goals both on the ground and in the air but he started as an attacking midfielder so let's consider him as such. There is no reason why Dede should be played as a winger which he is not even so good at it.

Several sportsmen have been badly injured while playing for the national team but Ghanaians don’t care a hoot. Immediately they seem to find fault with a sportsman, whatever sacrifices he has made for this country goes to the dogs. Insults will rain like storm; so how do we expect people to continue to make themselves available for the national cause because even politicians don’t care about Ghana – food for thought.
