    We need to be developing the necessary structures to train coaches and referees instead of just jumping from one extreme to another.Coaches are trained.They were not born with coaching abilities and skills.

    Time has shown that Serbian coaches made a great results all over the world. I didn't say that other nationals are poor, but among shortlisted Rajevac is reasonable solution.
