  If Kwasi Appiah terminates his appointment, then he forfeits his entitlement, so let him not do that so that GFA becomes liable in paying him his salary for 2 years.

He should collect all the 2 years pay together with end of service benefits.

When will Ghana win the world cup. It could take 100 years. By then, other nations might have improved as well. In this case, Ghanaians shouldn`t think that the nation could win the world cup today or tomorrow.

  It is simple, if GFA cannot work with the guy any longer, all they have to do is terminate and give him the 3-month severance pay as is clearly written in the contract.
  
  In this case, they are putting all the blame on AA for the players indiscipline at the World Cup as the reason for abrupt termination of his contract. He could not control the players which led to the sacking of KPB and Sulley from the Brazil 2014 Camp. Good reason if you ask me.
  
  He is only due the 3-months pay.

  This alone is reason for GFA to say it tantamounts to bad management and poor leadership on the part of AA during the just ended World Cup. As such, his contract needed to be terminated without 3 months notice.

  So, the GFA renewed Appiah's contract before the start of the World Cup in Brazil, even though performance at that tournament was supposed to be one of the variables on which he was to be judged? Why did the GFA not wait until the World Cup to renew - or abrogate - his contract. This was like a student whose grade was determined long before he even wrote his exam. Somebody at GFA was protecting his own interest.

  Company and Business laws had this clause of 3months notice with full salaries on the side of the employer and 3months notice from the employee if he want to terminate the appointment
  
  now These grace period are been given to sort things out on mutual understandings and Agreements so that one Party reputations are not destroy or subjected to public redicules.
  
  the law continues to protect both parties that the grace period would allow the other Party to organised herself well for either replacements or look for another contract or decide otherwise
  
  in this case his lawyer can argue that Kwasi Appia THE COACH OF gh Blackstars had been subjet to public redicules which would make it defficult to get another contract soon as possible so in lieu of that, had the rights of claimes from his employers until he find another Job .
  
  if his lawyer put this arguments before a human Rights court ;THE JUDGE can decide in two ways either you pay him the 3months off with 50% of his salary till he find himself another Job or 100% full salary till the end of the contract because the reasons for sacking him is still unknown which can be partialy interpreted that the citizen rights to live and work had been abused and subject to discriminations
