Kwasi Appiah needs to be out. He is either too dumb or too ignorant to keep experimenting with the Black Stars. He had to be sacked but the GFA looters must be jailed for causing financial loss to the state.

“It smacks off mischief because they knew the coach’s contract had expired ahead of the World Cup in Brazil and yet renewed it when they knew they didn’t need him.

“They have caused financial loss to the State because his compensation has to be paid from the public purse.”

It is good that Akwasi Appiah has been canned this early in the qualifiers; AA may have no trouble in the qualifying stages, but he will choke when it come to the big moments. African we sometimes entertain too much mediocrity, and that is why everything we do on the continent is sub-par (including the GFA as well). I do agree that GFA made a fundamental mistake in pulling the trigger on AA after awarding him a second term. Sometimes one wonders how educated really are most of these so call Directors, Presidents, Managers, etc.. that we have running things in this country.

For the first time ever a Ghanaian coach took us to the world cup when countless others failed miserably.Instead of building on this proud achievement we tear it down and revert to the same old shameful practice of a foreigner leading our lads.I rather we take ten tries to arrive at the finals in a world cup than one try if the glory and credit ends with a foreigner.
