HIS MEANS THESE CLUBS MUST ALLOCATE A PORTION OF THEIR FEES TO GO TOWARD STADIUM MAINTENANCE EVRY MONTH. ITS VERY APPALLING THE STATE OF THE STADIUM. THE GRASS, THE FLOODLIGHTS, THE WASHROOMS, THE VARIOUS SEATING ARRANGEMENTS, NO NUMBERS ON THE SEATS, SAFETY CONCERNS ETC. THIS STADIUM WONT EVEN BE USED IN SOME COUNTRIES ON THIS EARTH IN THIS CENTURY.
