TETTEH N AA HVE NEVER GOTTEN TO THAT STAGE AS PLAYERS, SO ASKING THEM TO MANAGE THE GBSTARS IS LIKE THROWING AMOLOTOV COACKTAIL IN AN APKETESHI BAR. BRINGING IN MILO AND THE OTHERS WONT HELP. THESE FOREIGNERS ARE SIMPLY COMING TO CAKE UP. DESAILLY IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN STRAIGHTEN THESE PLAYERS N UNTIL THE GFASEE THELIGHT. WE WILL ALL CONTINUE TO WADE IN DUM SOR DARKNESS.

THEMOST SUCCESSFUL COACHES IN TEAM SPORTS HAD TO MASTER THESE TECHNIQUES IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL. MOST OF THESE MGRS WERE THEMSELVES FORMER PLAYERS THEMSELVES AT THE HEIGHEST PINNACLE OF THE SPORT. U CAN TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT BUT THIS IS THE DAGGONE TRUTH. LOOK AT PAT RILEY AND PHIL JACKSON. PHIL JACKSON IS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL NBA COACH OF ALL TIME. HE WAS A FMR NBA PLAYER AS WELL. NO ONE KNOWS HOW HE MANAGED TO TAME THE EGOS OF JORDAN, RODMAN N PIPPEN, SHAQ, KOBE, ARTEST. THE SAME GOES FOR RILEY N WAT HEDID WITH MAGIC, WORTHY N KAREEM. EVERY TEAM HAS BAD NUTS AND THE ONUS IS ON THE COACH TO MASSAGE THEIR EGOS N BRING THEM ON BOARD. AA CANT DO THAT SO HE WILL GIVE YOU MARCHING ORDERS. THEN COME HOME AND SAI ...IM SORRY. He was given the job before and he couldn't do much with it but loose games.He is good with the younger players who are eager to play and willing to listen.Leave him where he is.Congratulations Satellites.

If you have no skills and strategy you are bound to fail whether it's a senior or junior team, or even a colts team. Kwasi Appiah is well below the standard of Sellas Tetteh on record. He is simply not a good coach. Personally I love Kwasi Appiah more than Sellas Tetteh but when it comes to coaching AA is not even close.

1.A coach who will keep his best layers on the bench for opponents to get tired
2. A coach who is indesive and be dictated too
3.A coach who change kwarasey and created a feeling of discriination in camp
4. A coach who can not manage his players
