When the government paid them the appearance fees in 2006 and 2010, we never heard of this level of indiscipline. The fault is the government. The government was the problem. they must own up and stop passing the buck.

Who is this fool, Boateng Gyan? The whole management team needs that psychologist and not the playing body. This Boateng Gyan would tell every well minded person about the attitude of the management team.
what caused the so-called agitation?
1)There was not agreement or compromise as to How, WHEN and WHERE the appearance fee would had been paid to the players.
2)Previous mistrust of the management by the playing body was still alive and the management made no effort to address it.
3)There was no transparency as far as how the tax payers money was being spent for all Ghanaians to see.
4)Members of the management had no clue how to manage player of this caliber and status and took them for granted.
