Akwesi Appiah failed to reach his target at African Cup in South Africa and he had failed in the World Cup what else you want to see Oduro Sarfo. Akwesi Appiah has been an assistant for 6 years and he did not learn anything.

The Black Stars is not an experimentation lab, the nation's reputation is riding on it. Go get more experience coaching a club get a reputation of success and take the reins again. But if you truly want the best for the nation's Black Stars you will step aside.

Two weeks ago was my forty-fifth birthday, and I wasn't feeling too hot that morning anyway. I went to breakfast knowing my wife would be pleasant and say “Happy Birthday,” and probably have a present for me.
She didn't even say “Good Morning,” alone any “Happy Birthday.” I thought, “Well, that's wives for you. Maybe the children will remember.”
The children came in to breakfast and didn't say a word.
When I started to the office I was feeling pretty low and despondent. As I walked into my office, my secretary, Janet, said, “Good morning boss, Happy Birthday.” And I felt a little better; someone had remembered.
I worked until noon. Then Janet knocked on my door and said, “You know, it's such a beautiful day outside and it's your birthday, let's go to lunch, just you and me.” I said, “By George, that's the best thing I've heard all day. Let's go.”
We went to lunch. We didn't go where we normally go; we went out into the country to a little private place. We had two martinis and enjoyed lunch tremendously.
On the way back to the office, she said, “You know, it's such a beautiful day. We don't need to go back to the office, do we?” I said, “No, I guess not.” She said, “Let's go to my apartment.” After arriving at her apartment she said, “Boss, if you don't mind, I think I'll go into the bedroom and slip into something more comfortable.”
“Sure,” I excitedly replied. She went into the bedroom and, in about six minutes, she came out carrying a big birthday cake, followed by my wife, children and dozens of our friends. All were singing “Happy Birthday” and there on the couch I sat... naked.

After last year AFCON this was what u people said and yet he cannot win match on tactical, all our abroad matches we losses except the one that spark controversy up to now that we fixed it, South Korea game. That really shows Appiah is inexperienced and incapable to change the team. He can come back later when he go and be train as a professional coach and take charge of Junior level to perform in tournament. Wakaso was the joint top scorer's in last year AFCON and he bench him and be using Jordan Ayew for what for? Appiah was confused n don't have idea to win tactical

The state of our economy, lacking of accountability and new vision has contributed to our quick exit from Brazil World Cup. A new vitalization of a new world order of soccer management and economics is our weakness showing visibly in our politics and resulting in our sporting participation, especially soccer. A new investment in Sports to encourage our young men and women to benefit in sports education and not to view sports as a last resort profession. This lack of recognition has opened a way out especially for our young men in soccer to play and attract signing abroad in major league clubs. Our entire government needs rehabilitation to effect growth in all areas. Gone are the 1960’s when our national government encouraged and invested in sports education and our nation pride propelled us to be recognized worldwide. This is the 21st century and we need to think and plan with forward looking vision in our economy and especially education of the young.
