And You Have The Vim to question us why we want our money?
Moses Armah: Your money will come take time, the captain is speaking….
Sulley: Shut up, are you the one paying the money or you are the Prez?
Moses Armah: I won’t allow you to include me in your list of victims oo…..I'm a gangster more than you.
Sulley: So you can fight me eh (moving towards Moses’ direction disentangling himself from other guys retraining him).
Moses Armah: Am ready for you. You think i'm a coward?
Sulley: (picks a bottle and drop it, surprisingly jumps and slaps Moses) Fuck you!!
Moses: Returns the slap with a blow lifts a fork…and Jonathan Mensah holds Moses’ hand up.
Essien sits quietly, Gyan and Appiah speak Ga to Sulley, calming him down as Moses is whisked away by Saban Quaye

I know I am going to get a lot of flack for my contribution but like younger Rasheed I don't care, because the truth hurts.
I have followed Ghana soccer/sports for 6 decades (yes six decades) and it is common place to find victims and hang them whiles leaving the real perpetrators to go free.
The cardinal principles of natural justice demands that, 1) NEMO JUDEX IN CAUSA SUA (No man should be a judge in his own cause/court) and 2)AUDI ALTERAM PARTEM (no man shall be condemned unheard/ listen to the other party or parties)..
But in Ghana's case what do we see? All we are hearing is from Minister, to GFA to coach. Where is the voice of the poor playing body.
I know Essien to be a gentleman and cool headed, but did you hear what he said when asked to advice his friend Sulley? For those of you who have some sense..."advice your so called FA not Sulley" is a very loaded sentence and should mean a lot.
I do not support Sulley for punching anyone but have you guys questioned why he did so ? And why that guy and not any other executive? What at all did the executive say to attract the confrontation? No one can tell us the truth, yet, all we hear is Muntari is a bad person and some have the affront to say he has disgraced the Zongo community. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!!
Until we hear from the other party(Sulley) no one should let the FA or coach off the hook just as yet. There is no smoke without fire. I believe all the players may be on Sulley's side. At least the cool head Essien and the hothead Kevin are on his side. I would want to think that if one takes the team as our jury, Sulley may be acquitted, for his crime, but charged with the assault.
It is very easy to give the dog a bad name and hang it.
I am doing this because I know what happens in Ghana and I am throwing this challenge to any Ghanaian to dare me....I was once the Treasurer to the Ghana Olympic Committee in the mid 90s, trust me the whole National Sports Council hated me because I was a thorn in their flesh. I was given a secret nickname "the right thing must be done", because I was always against the "USUAL WAY OF DOING THINGS"....Some called me Alhaji y3npini or mimpini, because I would not allow anyone to "chop over my head"
A clear example is, before the Atlanta Games in 1996, the GOC asked a local company to get the attire for the opening ceremony for our team of 34 sportsmen and women and what was our bill? Who can guess?.....68. Double what we asked for and I swore my prayer mat that for once that was NOT going to happen under my watch.
So I sent back the extra, but we finally settled for 40 to cater for some officials who were to accompany the sportsmen. So the Sports Council had to deal with the excess because apparently a "BIG MAN" from the Sports Council increased the number to make sure everyone was catered for, including people who were not making the trip. My name was added to the list to implicate me so I asked the Company to give me the list that was sent from the GOC and NOT the Sports Council and they could not find it. When I threatened the CEO that we would NOT pay for the consignment until I had our list and the measurements added, my list by some miracle surfaced ...So Ghanaians, the corruption in the Ghanaian culture is from.."TITI"..lol (3fri titi...Twi).
To conclude let's not blame Muntari alone , he may have been fighting for all the tax payers in Ghana but he chose a wrong method.
Now I am ready to be punched, so let the game begin.

He will definitely advise his so called FA, why not? they took the decision to take an out of form midfielder like you to the world cup so they deserve an advice. Instead of given the chances to young, energetic and players who are hungry for success to go to the world cup, they decided to bring you alongside your crony muntari. you guys are all a disgrace to the nation.
Even Chinese people who know nothing next to football meets you and start a conversation about how Ghana players are fighting over money and beating their officials, all thanks to you mistake of professional players.
The FA deserve some of these comments. may be if they were not that corrupt and short sighted, people like you will never go to this world cup. How many minutes had you played for your club before this tournament? they pamper you and refer to you guys as so called "senior players" Seniors must exhibit a sense of maturity, tactfulness and diplomacy, not to behave as if we live in a jungle by throwing punches. you expect the younger generation to learn your ways of settling disputes? shame on you and you gang. you guys did not only disgrace the whole nation but you showed gross disrespect to the very people whose taxes were used to put you in plush hotels and pay you one hundred thousand dollars (may be even more) for absolutely no work done.

He would have put his neck on the wire to get success and help him find a club so he could get out of his miseries at his club, after all K.P. Boateng did the same in SA. can you say the same about essien? He has seen it all in football, won all there is to win in Europe. He has the money, the fame,no hunger for success!!
Did you say he warmed the bench of one of the top clubs in europe? The AC milan of previous years or the AC milan Essien signed for? Dude, i can bet you with my last penny, AC milan of last season was not, and cant not be classified as one of he top clubs in europe. A mid table team that fails to qualify for even the europa league. you this describe this team a top club? they cant even afford quality players. if you are basing your argument on their previous records, then what you are saying is an irrefutable fact, they were. Sulley: WHAT IS THE USE OF SOO MANY G.F.A OFFICIALS & OTHERS HERE? You Are Basically Non-Essential and have no role or duties here. Your Number even dwarf that of the players... You receive Bonuses for no work done. You are a drain on the Govt.... You always make money on our back and you see every Tournament as a means to make money....

Knowing that Akwasi Appiah, Nyantakyi, Afriyie Ankrah and the entire GFA delegation are made of nation wreckers and bunch of thieves, President Mahama should fire all involved in this scandal with immediate effect, instead of keeping mute over the issue and re-assigning some of them. They are a disgrace and deserved severe beatings by the rather (coward) Ghanaian populace.
Should Akwasi Appiah refuse to resign voluntarily and in his subsequent call up fail to invite Sulley and Boateng which i don't think they will honour, i expect the entire Black Stars players to boycott a future call-up in solidarity with Sulley and Boateng.

Once again, Mahama has shown Ghanaians and the whoLE world what an inefficient leader that he is. Why on earth did he not take the phone and make that one call to the captain of the Black Stars to assure them that their money was ready and that he would be personally responsible (and liable) for the payment of the so-called appearance fee to them? Why would he have to hire his brother's aircraft and airlift $3 million cash to Brazil? Which one was a faster, safer and more effective solution to the row. How much did it cost the taxpayer rent the aircraft, provide security - in Ghana, in transit, in Brazil, and in the hotel? How much peace of mind did the players have knowing that they have $100,000 sitting in the hotel rooms? How much security and peace of mind did they have, knowing that they have to carry $100,000 and more through customs and airport security back to Ghana of wherever their destination would be? Did Mahama and his NDC "wisemen-advisors" think about all these risks?

He was behind the entire controversy and misunderstandings But posterity would judge all of us.Asked Asamoah Gyan in confidence, he will tell you the role of Essien. But for Ghanaians' love for football, an illiterate Essien would have been languishing in Awutu dusty streets now. When he was first brought to Britain by Chelsea he spent all his wages on prostitutes he never thought to meet in Awutu or Accra. Hi .....
How are you feeling today? And how is the family? I am still in pain but God is in control. Be still.
Do you remember the name "ALEX ADJAKLO" which I exposed to you last year? The guy who was sent on a political and intelligence secret agenda on the behalf of his political Party to "Walmart" my workplace in 2012 and again in 2013? I met him at around 4:30PM US time today at a train Station called "SHADY GROVE METRO STATION". He wanted to know from me -IF- I am still using my old phone number which he has. I purposely told him yes not wanting to have anything to do with him and his political and intelligence treachery!!! I excused myself from him! By the NSA PRISM, the intelligence service knew i was going to catch a bus at that train station. Though the innocent life of our President is lost, the GUILT shall forever hang on the minds of fellow humans until Christ returns or the go to the grave. The intelligence service are expecting me to call you after that "ALEX ADJAKLO" met me but to their shame, I will not.
God bless you. And , God bless our homeland Ghana.
GHANA; THIS IS TO LET -"ALEX ADJAKLO" AND HIS POLICAL COUNTERPARTS UNDERSTAND THAT THE -INNOCENT BLOOD- OF GHANAIANS ARE OF -"EQUAL VALUE" TO ALL "HUMAN BLOOD" BEFORE THE EYES OF -THE MOST HIGH GOD. GHANA, AFRICA, HUMANITY; THIS IS PURPOSELY DIFFERENT FROM EVERY OTHER WE HAVE KNOW ON THE GHANAWEB FROM ME. GOD WILLS IT TO BE SO FOR THE SAKE OF GHANA AND THE INNOCENT PEOPLE OF THE NATION.-"IT IS FINISHED" -"OCCUPY TILL I COME". SELAH.
THE LORD BLESS THEE, AND KEEP THE; THE LORD MAKE HIS FACE SHINE UPON THEE, AND BE GRACIOUS UNTO THEE; THE LORD LIFT UP HIS COUNTENANCE UPON THEE, AND GIVE THEE PEACE.
NOTE
MUCH THANKS TO -GHANAWEB- FOR THE SPACE. AND TO -MIGHTY GOD RADIO- FOR THE LORD'S SONGS.
NOTE; NOT CONCLUDED AS WE KNOW, YES I KNOW.

Is this the case of miscommunication. My country Ghana are we SICK.
From the transcripts I have read so far on what transpired. It is either ways they're both wrong.
Who takes the largest of the blame? Of course the official Mr have been more patient why tell the young man you are "more ganster than he is."
Now these players 1. Were allowed to bring their girl friends and or wives just like the official had their friends and families with them.
Brazil is a fashion and shopping destination besides salsa and carnival. And goods are far cheaper than in Ghana. So think about it without money in hand how would they shop if they had planned for it.
Now talking about FIFA Rules and appearance fees that were said to have already been paid to GFA.
HIistorically, when is this money paid is it after your first match or arrival in Brazil without playing a match.
With my logic I think rationally even for the future this money should resgister in the Bank Account of players all the 23. Once they arrive a a World Cup destination if not all at least part so that they could even be motivated by this to play harder, their wives or girl friends can go on shopping spree and so forth just like hour the officials are showing off their bounty forgetting that it is because of the players that they are there at all.
Boateng & Muntari I admit have anger management problems I must admit as such it was in the interest of the team Ghana not to provoke them.
Lefte to me I would not have involved them in the squad at all. Many said it but you refused and gave them the benefit of the doubt and immaturity on both sides officials as well as the two players galavanting has cused the whole nation.
But on the other hand had benefitted the USA immensely in boosting the whole countries passion for soccer now. From the President to the coach asking for worker to take off work and so on.
CABLE TV viewership on the day US played Ghana became the highest in the sports
history of the country and has since risen to 18.2 million in the Portugal
game and 19.9million for the German.
Whereas the highest in the 2010 World Cup recorded paltry 6 million and this was during this wa during Algeria vs. USA game. This is unheard of in this country. All because of Ghana's mishap caused by mismanagement.
It is best decision Prez Mahama reassigned the sports ministers awaiting the investigation.
Remember you can't blame the kid too much as this is not his first World Cup, he has played all three as I can remember. So he dies know what he was complaining about if it is a mear appearance pay check which has already been paid and not to be borne by Ghana government anyways.
I am totally disgusted the was even President Mahama went about it a bit. Didn't his minister brief him about the way they were going to handle the issues of the World Cup before leaving? If they did, did he ask the salient question about when to pay the players if not then he is also very wrong.
On the other hand if this was a scheme hatched by tge government to look good then it has back-fired big time. It seems to paternalistic to make it look like the President cares and sent them money and nothing but real cash. This is also questionable and condoning money laundering. Because worldwide international law or the USA immigration does not permit $10,000 or more to be taken out of the country or even brought in by eay of cash irrespective of persons or circumstances period.
So please let me fore warn that if in future USA held the World Cup and a similar situation ensues forget it. "It ain't going to happen." The players will have to wait, the GFA would have to borrow inside the USA with interest paid on whatever $3million they might borrow.
On a final note what was it that I saw Mr. NYANTAKYI in photo on the field pretending they were now asking FIFA to pay tgem the appearance fee so they could pay the playe.rs. To me the chronology of events does not sit right with me about what these officials are telling us or making us believe. All should be part of the investigation. By the way did I hear that the GFA boss is involved in match fixing scandal? M-a-n oh man.

The last thing any gentle man or disciplined fellow will do is to throw a punch you never take the law as we Ghanaians are made to believe into your own hands there are several channels for redress and besides when you have a bad track record it does not augur well for you every Tom knows well that our talented Muntare and KPB have had brashes with coaches not once but several and that is very bad you never go to camp to incite or create confusion.Discipline can never be compromised because no set up can ever move forward without disciplne.Yes it is damn right those 2 guys to be thrown out and never to be invited to the BS again. Some players are talented and skilled but they just uncoachable.Essien is very disciplined we all know that but I am very disappointed that he is throwing his support because they both play on the same team in Itaily and if he doesn't he will get chastised when they get back to club business that one I understand but then sometimes you got to stand for the right and tell your friend please you never use your hands on any fellow or take the law into your hands Muntare should know that he is also a public and a role model on the team so he is supposed to do the right thing the ninos on the team to learn. The world is not only for the strong where you just continue to use your hands because you are strong just thing about this what about the weak?which is why we have the rule of law.Sad indeed that this happened when we needed to focus to meet Portugal.

i share a blame partially on gafa, not for their lack of intreset in a very quality and lack of judgement they played in a role of black stars failure in the world cup, why should a plane full of money flew from ghana to brazil in a final day of their game against brazil, nothing at all i blame the so call ministers for every that happens to black stars doom. someone among em shows lack of respect for the players and their monies probably wants to sit on their monies, as i player i would tolerate that, money is the root of all evil, none of either world cups teams has to go thru this expect an african team nevertheless ghana, that shows the corruption side of africans or africa, when it comes to situation like this. there is always a minister with his ministerail authority will do something like that. just a plain greedy. i was also sohocked about the sxplusion of muntari and price, i thought that was not a goodjudgement on the official, that could ve be dealt back home, no matter how serious their lack of insubordination was. their explusion totally affected the groups final plays, their capacity of spirit was totally doom by lack of goodjudgment by the offical hence we were where we are now. the officials sipping treat was more important to the walfare of black stars,if u want blame blame the officials.

Isaiah 59
Sin, Confession and Redemption
1 Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. 2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. 3 For your hands are stained with blood, your fingers with guilt. Your lips have spoken lies, and your tongue mutters wicked things. 4 No one calls for justice; no one pleads his case with integrity. They rely on empty arguments and speak lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil. 5 They hatch the eggs of vipers and spin a spider's web. Whoever eats their eggs will die, and when one is broken, an adder is hatched. 6 Their cobwebs are useless for clothing; they cannot cover themselves with what they make. Their deeds are evil deeds, and acts of violence are in their hands. 7 Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. Their thoughts are evil thoughts; ruin and destruction mark their ways. 8 The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks in them will know peace. 9 So justice is far from us, and righteousness does not reach us. We look for light, but all is darkness; for brightness, but we walk in deep shadows. 10 Like the blind we grope along the wall, feeling our way like men without eyes. At midday we stumble as if it were twilight; among the strong, we are like the dead. 11 We all growl like bears; we moan mournfully like doves. We look for justice, but find none; for deliverance, but it is far away. 12 For our offenses are many in your sight, and our sins testify against us. Our offenses are ever with us, and we acknowledge our iniquities: 13 rebellion and treachery against the LORD, turning our backs on our God, fomenting oppression and revolt, uttering lies our hearts have conceived. 14 So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter. 15 Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The LORD looked and was displeased that there was no justice. 16 He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm worked salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him. 17 He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head; he put on the garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak. 18 According to what they have done, so will he repay wrath to his enemies and retribution to his foes; he will repay the islands their due. 19 From the west, men will fear the name of the LORD, and from the rising of the sun, they will revere his glory. For he will come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the LORD drives along. 20 "The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins," declares the LORD. 21 "As for me, this is my covenant with them," says the LORD. "My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever," says the LORD.
