The athlete unions should fight for a pension scheme for later in life...Look out how much money is given to the corrupt MP's after they serve one term...These are just the corrupt MP's who do nothing to enhance the image of Ghana....athletes deserve better...

Abedi is a 3 time Africa Footballer of the Year, won the UEFA cup with Marseille (we all know the deal here) and is more sucsessful than the other guys. The only thing Abedi has not won is the local league title but he did wonder with RTU basically being a one man team. They love him in Tamale if not in Kumasi. That's not bad. Leave him a alone. It is very sad and shameful how some of us behave on this website. Vissions and opinions differ, but it does not give one the right to result to insulting others. Some people want to be carpenters or policemen, while others would do every it takes to become statesmen or athlete. Managing a football club comes with huge responsibilities and it is certainly not the samen as playing. Being a great footballer does not garantee one manageriaal success. Lets learn to respect others if we wanted others to accord same to us. And always remember everyone is entitled to his/her opionion and so does Abedi, as such lets stop the insult please!!!
