The language has nothing to do with one's performance in football. There are pretty much Brazilians in Spartak Moskova who also don't speak Russian, but that doesn't affect their performance in the field. Waris needs to be more serious and focus in the field and also give his all to the team. The Spartak coach is very good man, he doesn't care if you are black or white. He selects who is in good form. Trust me, Waris will be given more playing time, if he continues to play like the way he did in their last match. He scored a superb winning goal and Spartak needed to win that match at all cost, and that Waris goal helped them to win the match. So now he has buzz in the team. All what i want say is that there is no language barrier in football.

Kojo there is. The brazilians usually go there when they know that there is a player in the team who can speak both portuguese and Russian. Communication is critical in every team and you cannot always use sign language.

You might be right, but a language barrier does not really take anything from a good player. And a good determined player shouldn't let the so called "Language Barrier" to anyway affect his performance on the pitch. I live in Moscow for very long time now and i follow the Russian premier league very well. One of the first black guys to play for Spartak Moskova was called Robinson from Brazil. At that time, he was only one Brazilian in the Spartak's team, and that period was when racism was very rampant in Russia. But the guy did not let the racism and the language and whatsoever affect his playing. Robinson was playing good and he was one of the highest goal scorers in Russian premier league that time. By the way, there is an English translator in the team. So therefore whatever the coach wants to tell Waris will be translated to him. And on the field, these are the words that normally used by players: Give ball, take ball, go there, come to me, and so on. All the Spartak players understand these words. You can't just use language as an excuse for not playing well.

The nervous young bride became irritated by her husband's lusty advances on their wedding night and reprimanded him severely.
"I demand proper manners in bed," she declared, "just as I do at the dinner table!"
Amused by his wife's formality, the groom smoothed his rumpled hair and climbed quietly between the sheets. "Is that better?" he asked, with a hint of a smile.
"Yes," replied the girl, "much better."
"Very good, darling," the husband whispered. "Now would you be so kind as to please pass the pussy."
PASSING THE PUSSY IS LIKE PASSING THE BALL.YOU DONT HAVE TO KNOW A WOMAN'S LANGUAGE IN RUSSIAN BY SAYING "PISDAA"BEFORE YOU SCREW HER.
COMMON SENSE WILL TELL THE PLAYERS TO PASS THE BALL TO YOU.
NOT ALL THE PLAYERS ON THE TEAM SPEAK RUSSIAN.
