  It won't even matter if in the end Duncan gets nothing, the damage his dismissal is causing us is mind boggling.I am angry at our handling of this issue and very disturbed by how shortsighted our leaders are.

  What is "unlawful dismissal" any lawyers in the house.
  
  I thought employment is at will and governor by contractual agreement signed so what is all these nonsense about "unlawful dismissal".

  There must be reason why the coach wash fired. If the fault was from Dungan, then there is no settlement. But if is from Hearts and for no reasons, For that Hearts in trouble. I hope there might be an understanding.

  NEIL MORTAGBE is confusing the issue.He said Hearts has to DUNCAN three months' salary but he, at the same time claims Hearts does not owe DUNCAN a penny.
