Kotoko is not in the pole position this time having failed to score an away goal in the first encounter. The away goal rule has made the home advantage worthless because any goal from the Algerians and Kotoko would be forced to score two or more goals and we have a weak strike team.
Kotoko need to approach this match as if they are down or playing from behind because essentially that is what it is. Any goal scored by Bejaia will put Kotoko in precarious position especially they should avoid conceding a first goal. We should fight tooth and nail to score the first goal within the first twenty minutes to unsettle them.
The Algerians are in a better position than Kotoko because of the away goal rule.

His selections are mostly suspicious. How can you bench Michael Helegbe and bring in Abdul Yusif Aziz in the late second half? It's obvious that Kofi Nti combines better with Aziz.
Bashiru Hayford is better than this guy any day.
The guy is friggin' emaa coach for real. If we can get Bashiru Hayford or a better coach, then sack him now. If not, why haste?
