  Experience is the best teacher as we normally say. Mainy-Spain cannot be GBA president, simply because he is a boxing Promoter and cannot run as a president and promote as the same time. Samir Captan was a promoter before he took office as a GBA President. What did he do? He couldn't do anything better to raise the sport of professional boxing. He was the most useless GBA president ever. Moses was even far better than Samir who appears to be in the game for his entire years. The MOST CORRUPT GBA President. The right person is Lawyer Peter Zwennes he was at the WBC Conference in Mexico. He took his own time to attends the meeting. Good Luck Zwennes
