GOOD-BYE, retire permanently because we will not sack the management and replace them with who you like. This is why Ghana is not making any progress because every individula including office messengers want laws that caters to their personal whims and caprices instead of working with the system. Some of us don't like our managers and Supervisors at our jobs but we cannot ask for their dismissals before we will go to work. Each of us regardless of what we do in life contribute something to society and if the Ayews cannot work with management, then they can move on.

Can Dede and Jordan say the same thing at Marselleis? They respect their French team and will work with the worst management but will turn around and talk crap about Ghana.

Why temporary resignation? This is a ploy by the Ayews to get the Coach fired and that is what they were waiting for but when GFA retained the Coach, they have come up with this nonsense of resignation. I hope they are allowed to stay resigned without anybody begging them. We need discipline in Blackstars and GFA should not cede its authority to the Ayews to determine who the Coach is. We have the Players to do the job if the Coach makes the right selection.

Messi, Falcao and the great Players don't determine for their country who they will play for. Let them go.

On the other hand, the same atmosphere prevails when we show up at the world stage.We becomes the underdogs and do well. Most of our players who rob shoulders with renown players in their clubs or from oppossing teams tend to do better and the physicallity of the African football which we're no match begins to work in our favor.It's time to approach the AFC tournament with local base players with a handful of professionals instead of the other way round.Who taught Dauda or Asante would shine instead of Kwarasey or Badu respectively.Strategize,strategize and strategize every game or match,b'cus we have the skill,the talent and the GRACE to win.

I personally don't see this as either something to be joking or cursing as well as using bad language to express yourself at all; Ghana needs all her sons and daughters be encouraged to help build the country, be it sports or academics. People with various experience have been woefully abused by Ghana authorities when they tried to help in one way or the other. I am not saying that these things shouldn't happend at all, but the rate at which people are abused in the hand of our so called half-baked authorities demand serious attention. Dr. Fimpong was humiliated, used, abused and dumped for making his political ambition known to the public after helping our ivy hospital(Korle-Bu) in Ghana to set up cardiology department. The list can go on and on,and on, we kill our leaders, prophets, doctors, lawyers, etc. then reward them when they've long gone. I personally think GFA needs to consider calling them for a talk. Believe me, kevin Boateng and Micheal Essien are very good friends of the Ayew brothers and their withal of service to the National Team will surely affect the return of the above-mentioned players. The time has come for the Prez to take bold and decisive decision by appointing somebody in the stature of Anthony Baffoe as Special Assistant responsible for Black Stars or Sports like Simpe Asante was appointed during the Abongo Boyz era of General Kutu Acheampong. My reason is that Nyantakyi feels he owns the Black Stars and can unilaterally decide who plays and who coaches and who should be invited and not invited. A cursory look at the assembled boyz for the just ended CAN 2012 shows that our boys are bench warmers and those playing actively plays in sub standard league even less than Ghana's league but are invited or called to play for Ghana. Even a third division Bristol Player plays for Ghana when in actual fact we have players playing in top level leagues and European Championships. I know for a fact that anyone who plays in Arab Oil fields is just gearing for retirement but in Ghana that is a quality to merit the CAPTAIN. Another insidious decision taken is appointing nincompoop Sani Diara who knows nothing but write as a hitman to destroy Abedi Pele to be a Spokesman for the GFA. Now Essien is not coming, Mutari is not coming, Kevin Boateng is not coming, Jordan Ayew is not coming, Dede Ayew is also not coming! hold on ladies and gentlemen, we have Asamoah Gyan coming, Painstil coming, etc. How stupid it is for Nyantakyi to open his mouth to declare the coach is not going anywhere when even the coach has not said anything. We all know the bribes and sleaze that goes on but ONE DAY it will explode and the whole country will wake up and be shocked. Dissolve the GFA and appoint a Team Manager to select brainy coaches for the Black Stars other than that Sudan will be a banana peel. Abedi Pele, the soccer maestro, the one and only instrument through which all other Ayews, I mean the soccer dynasty have been created or expressed owes it a duty to intervene on behalf of MotherGhana the current tumult going on around in his camp.

Am saying these things for the simple reason that, Abedi Pele, during his playing days typified a 'conservative player' who loved representing his country in every way possible.

One could deduce that, as a father
he may have become the head of the dynasty, a number one fan and the sole engineer of these two fine young players who are fundamentally following the footsteps of this soccer progeny.

At the same token, one would have thought, the maestro would have had a direct influence/ Or better still, was going to exercise control of the dynasty.

Unfortunately, such fatherly control of kids who are technically, fathers of their own destiny in control of big 'celebrant money', rich and famous is currently non-existent. A fathers control over adult children bears no significance in modern trends.

Otherwise, one would not understand why a father who loved his country so much would 'sit' unconcerned and allow his offspring display such a high sense of unpatriotism dragging the dynasty into disrepute.

All the same, it said, the child shall be the father of tomorrow. It is believed these children are now on their own as they are apt to their own decisions regardless whether they such decision hurt or not.

Unfathomably, too many of us, the old school have tried to substitute rules, logic and knowledge for appreciation, praises and a better understanding of human understanding of human feelings and emotions in family matters.
We wish we could do something about the situation but how?
Is Abedi Pele, the maestro justified in shutting up his beak the hullabaloo
going on, in and around the dynasty?
Would TeamGhana be able to bear the conspicuous absence of the duo as WC looms?

Do you think, the father was told about such a thorny issue? Debate it.

I have a firm belief that, as a father, Abedi might, or may have reacted to the decision taken by his own children during the dynasty's traditional communion.

Abedi might have expressed his displeasure and would consider such act a turmoil that could bring him in direct confrontation with authorities/everybody that matter in the sport/unpopular decision they have taken.

Whilst Dede might have cultivated the ill-feeling from the AFCON showdown, Jordan had no tangible reason for opting out.
A great number of players were not called to camp even though they had the best showing from motherclubs.
Warris,and Oduro were sporadically spreading the goals in every corner of the net yet, were snubbed.

Albert Nyarko was equally better, much better than Jordan. Nyarko is a starter and have scored more goals than him the past season yet, he was not called.
Quincy Abayie was consistent at the flanks year round, he's got the speed and strong enough to have withstood AFCON standards yet, he was snubbed.
A lot of players showed their true colours elsewhere, yet they were not called.
In a country where we have well over 500 players in the pool sifting only 23 would always leave some equally good players out.
Jordan therefore has no axe to grind.

To me, he was not due until MRAA broke his virginity, OOPS! pardon me, broke the 'draft rule' OOPS! he drafted him prematurely into the GBS. Where did he get that ungrateful trailer from?

Dede, must be ashamed of himself as a professional for for showing vendetta in a reverse gear.
In that, when he had refused to put 'five into five' with his team mates in a substitution culture, he never accepted that unsportsmanlike behaviour as contemptuous, quite detrimental to his coach and his team mates. He never did save the lousy note he presented after a soft pressure.

The thing is football is a two way street . U can look good attacking and yet look really bad defending . Kwadwo Asamoah was effective going fwd in the game but at the same time ,he was woeful in defending . The midfield had to help cover him at some point during the game and as a result we lost numbers in midfield and thereby lost the midfield battle allowing DR Congo to dominate and create equally great chances. Our Coach got his tactics woefully wrong .

The thing is we have a great squad of players and any idiot can manage the team , We have a great squad of players any nation will die for , but one thing everyone knows in any competition is that ,you have to prepare for the unknown and the unlikely ,cuz that is what differentiate between a good leader or not . What r his plans for getting out of a sticky situation ?

Akwasi Appiah clearly has no vision and direction and merely thinks by having 22 good players he can win . What he doesn't take into fact is that, all these players get the right and best training in their individual clubs and therefore merely need direction to execute the strategy of the coach . The boys can play amongst themselves and do not need a coach who just has to tell them to just go and play and score . Cuz as we all know that wont bring u trophies ,just ask Brazil 1971-1993 squad. that talent alone is not enough .

We need good leadership and good vision and plans to execute in trying to win this competition .

On leadership he failed miserably in handling the Andre Ayew situation . Forget about his talent ,but that guy is a natural leader who has won more trophies than half of the squad . He neednt have played him , he needed lions like him in the squad to lift up the rest when the going is tough . Even his presence on the bench cud even have the effect of players not wanting to even drop a level cuz they know that they will be subbed for him and the fear of him on the bench wud have improved competition for places. But for reasons that he alone can explain , Ayew didnt make it .

The GFA has to share the blame . They have gone as far as they can go in regards to their vision . They did well in the past in making the right appointments in recent history , but cannot tell me they appointed Akwasi Appiah cuz they felt that he cud go one step further than the others . He has not shown anything different from the others . At least the others were able to get the bigger picture . He cant. Typical Ghana coach , who forgets that a game is 90mins not 60 mins . They play attractive football 60mins and relax , forgetting that some teams also intentionally relax for 60 mins and play the other 30 .

I am tired of writing . Hopefully the guys will prove us wrong , so we can lift the cup
