The team is too top heavy, you don't need that many administrative staff. Use your limited funds on the players.

THEY SHOULD LEARN FROM MUNTARI'S PERFORMANCE AND INVITE THE EXPERIENCED PLAYERS. THAT STUPID MENTALITY OF DEALING WITH JUST YOUNG PLAYERS IS RUBBISH. WE NEED TO USE THE BEST WE HAVE WETHER THEY ARE 14 YRS. OR 40 YRS.

Hi, whether he had a bad day or a good day, he played to the instructions of his coach that is why he was not substituted. Football is all about goals and he got it when it matters most. Give credit when it is due.
