Hand the Black Stars job to Silas Tetteh immediately. He can take Ghana to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. He has the core of his players spread out in Europe and elsewhere. They know him well. No experimentation with injured little boys, who don't know how to wipe their dripping noses yet.

The Confederation of African Football has selected five members of the Super Eagles for the Best Eleven after Nigeria defeated Burkina Faso 1-0 on Sunday to lift the Nations Cup title for the third time.
Goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama, defender Efe Ambrose, midfielder Mikel Obi and forwards Victor Moses and Emmanuel Emenike were selected to complete a team which also has Cape Verde Island’s Nando Maria Neves, Mali’s Seydou Keita, Burkina Faso’s Jonathan Pitroipa, Ghana’s Asamoah Gyan and Ivory Coast’s Arouna Koné and Siaka Tiéné.
Emenike, who won the Top Scorer award with four goals, was elated after the victory despite not playing in the final game due to injury.
He said, “Even though I did not play, I felt the pressure as if I was on the pitch. Starting from the beginning, Nigerians didn’t believe in us but I thank God today that we’re the champions. I’m so excited right now. I just want Nigerians to give us more time to get stronger.

Did you watch Frimpong played for Fulham three days ago? The players is still not fit. He may be healed 100%, his sharpness is not that good. He loses possession more than necessary. You don't need such a player in the midfield. This is a department the team's engine rested. At the moment, he should be kept away from the Black Stars till he gets his sharpness well.

But, the Black Stars should be handed over to Silas Tetteh immediately, if we are to qualify for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Better than Derrick Boateng, for that I agree with you. However, he is not all that yet. There are some players in the midfield better than Frimpong. Wakaso, Anthony Annan, Agyeman Badu and even Rabiu are better than Frimpong ... read full comment
Better than Derrick Boateng, for that I agree with you. However, he is not all that yet. There are some players in the midfield better than Frimpong. Wakaso, Anthony Annan, Agyeman Badu and even Rabiu are better than Frimpong at the moment. Frimpong will become one of the best but for now, with what I saw last Saturday, Frimpong needs more time to develop.

Mr Disciplinarian will not invite. Appiah should recognise that he is the epicenter of indiscipline. He told us Frimpong is not in his plan. Will he be after AFCON?
