Tribalism has become so ugly in Ghana that l get sick when l read some articles and comments on line or visit Ghana; every tribe thinking they are better than the other and exchanging insults at every chance. It happens in all aspects of the society especially in politics and sports.
My only hope is that we all learn from this episode and change our attitudes towards one another regardless of the tribe one belongs. That's the only way we can really live in peace and harmony as a nation which will galvanize the country to development. The one main ingredient in national development is unity as the developed countries are prime examples.
Let us always remember that we are only 'here today and gone tomorrow'.
So let's eschew all the tribalistic tendencies that only retards national unity and growth.
