Whiles applauding the efforts of the investors in this venture, I am a little worried about the quality of the teaching and the caliber of students that may pass out of these institutions. Unlike programs like liberal arts and business where private institutions thrive, a medical school to train doctors is a different ball game. Facilities alone are not enough. I do hope that the government, the medical council and other stakeholders do pay a close attention to the rigor of the curriculum.

Training of doctors involves a lot more than buildings.I worry about how these schools are mushrooming all over the place and the quality of doctors they unleash on innocent Ghanaians.
By the way,who is providing oversight?
