Benin Retains Jones Attuquayefio

Ghanaian trainer, Cecil Jones Attuquayefio, has been retained as coach of Benin?s national team, the Squirrels.

The former Hearts of Oak coach took up the Benin job after two years ago and has since experienced a steady rise in his career.

Attuquayefio guided the Squirrels to their first ever African Nations Cup appearance in Tunisia.

Though the team crushed out of contention after the group stage, the Benin FA's Executive Board deems that achievement enough hence the decision to reappoint him for a second shot.
