Ghanaian boxers for Ukraine in January

Ghanaian Bantamweight boxer, Prince Dzanie has expressed decline in the standard of boxing in the country and has admitted he will make a mark in Ukraine ahead of their arranged international bouts.

Dzanie, undefeated in 15 fights will be joined by his compatriots, Felix Williams, Maxwell Amponsah, Manjo Plange and Emmanuel Anim at the various weight divisions.

This will be the first time pre-arranged fights involving Ghanaians and top notch boxers in Ukraine will happen in Kiev.

Dzanie, who has been preparing feverishly with his trainers at the Attoh Quarshie Boxing gym, says he is ready to make a mark in Ukraine.

“I am really training for this bout; I know it’s not going to be easy but with determination and hard work, I will be able to come top.”

“Ghana boxing is not like it used to, we don’t get enough bouts and so this will be a big opportunity for me and the other boxers.”
