New Ghana coach must “speak good English”

Investigations by www.sportscrusader.com reveals that, two of the three coaches interviewed by the Ghana Football Association (GFA), stand a chance of taking up the job, based on their command over the English language.

According to the information, the committee tasked with the responsibility of selecting the coach will rely heavily on language fluency, additional staff cost and compensation in terms of the termination of the contract, shall be major ingredients to determine the next substantive coach.

In view of the above, Avram Grant and Michel Pont seem to have very good control of the language as compared to Jeminez and puts them in a very good position to land the top job, though other factors also counts.

The information indicates that, it has since become very keen among the three coaches as the GFA seeks to find a replacement for the Dr. James Kwasi Appiah after disappointing performance of the Black Stars at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The GFA over the weekend conducted interviews for Avram Grant, Michel Pont and Juan Ignacio Jeminez to conclude the second phase of the search for new coach for the Black Stars.
