Kudemor signs for Saudi champions Al Fateh

Ghanaian midfielder Abraham Kudemor has joined Saudi Arabian champions Al Fateh, Goal Ghana can exclusively reveal.

The 29-year-old offensive midfielder is moving on after three years in the Belgian Jupiler League with Charleroi where he played 66 games and netted six goals.

The former Kpando Heart of Lions player signed a two-year deal with the Saudi Arabian side as a free agent after failing to extend his deal with the Belgian side.

One of the most naturally gifted players Heart of Lions have ever produced, Kudemor has also featured for Ethiopian side Saint Georges where he won two league titles and played in the Caf Champions League with them.

He also played for Serbian side Buducnost Podgorica from 2008 to 2010 playing 55 games and scoring nine goals.

Spanish coach Juan José Maqueda is convinced that the star midfielder, who is yet to be capped by Ghana at any level, will be instrumental in the Asian champions league and the domestic league as well.
