Genoa partially acquire Boakye-Yiadom's right

Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom is now jointly owned by Juventus and Genoa in a 50-50 percentage ratio after both sides met last week on the player.

Boakye-Yiadom spent last season at Elche on loan where he netted seven times in 31 appearances helping the Spanish side to avoid relegation and could remain on loan.

A product of the Genoa youth team, the striker spent two seasons on loan at Sassuolo where he netted 11 goals to help them qualify to the Serie A before being bought by the Old Lady.

Goal Ghana understands that Bologna have tended in a bid to have him on loan but Genoa are also considering to keep him after many experiences on loan. The 21-year-old has been eyeing a return to the Serie A.
