Seth Owusu joins Golden Arrows

The KwaZulu-Natal club is desperate to reinforce their squad for their relegation battle. Arrows see the former Chivas (MLS club in the USA) and Hearts of Oak star Seth Owusu as an ideal improvement on their defensive department.

“I will officially start playing for them in the second round,” he told Metro FM.

“It is a six-month deal and will begin work on 22nd January when the second round of the league starts," Owusu added.

After losing to Orlando Pirates, the Arrows head coach Mark Harrison told the media that he needed reinforcements.

"I've got no cover anywhere. We have to strengthen from goalkeeper all the way to the front. This back four is the best I have," he said during the post match press conference after his team lost 3-1 to Pirates.

The Abafana Besithende management has already started beefing up their squad, and more changes are on the way.
