Clinical Fitness and Sports Exercise Workshops open in Tema

The School of Exercise Medicine, Sports and Wellness at the Narh-Bita College in Tema, in collaboration with the Sports for All Associations, Ghana { NASFAG}, the Ghana Physical Education and Sports Think Thank-Exercise Medicine, Ghana {GPESTT} and the Regenerative Health and Nutrition Programme of the Ministry of Health, has launched the last in the school’s series of workshops for 2012. The workshops lead to participants’ certification as Clinical Exercise Practitioners.

The workshops are designed for sports club doctors, physiotherapists, masseurs, keep fit instructors, gymnasium supervisors, physical education teachers, personal and group fitness instructors and members of the public interested in fitness and wellness activities.

A statement issued by the school today said the one-day Clinical Exercise Practitioners Workshops will begin on Saturday, 29 September 2012 and end on the Saturday 6 October 2012 at the Narh-Bita Hospital at Tema Community Four.
