Phobia Coach Refuses To Give Up On Title

Nebojsa Vucicevic believes Hearts can win the league despite six points behind Kotoko

Hearts of Oak coach Nebojsa Vucicevic insists his side are still in the hunt to win
the Ghana Premier League title despite failing to close the gap on leaders Asante
Kotoko.
The Phobians spurned several chances on Sunday night to draw 0-0 with bottom club
Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Hearts stuttering display meant Kotoko-who beat Liberty Professionals 2-0 early
Sunday- have opened a six-point lead at the top.
The Serbian trainer motivated the fans and his players by saying all is not lost.
“Today we were very unlucky and yes Kotoko win and now goes six point but we look
forward to the next game on Wednesday,” Vucicevic told MTNFootball.com.
“We still have 14 games more so we will see what happened.
“I understand the supporters are not happy but I am here for that. Today we don’t
have luck but like I said there are plenty games so we will see what happens in the
next games.”
Hearts will hope to make amends when they travel to Obuasi on Wednesday to face an
improving AshantiGold side.
