I Have Not Accomplished Anything Yet - Dede

Ghana rising midfielder Andre Ayew said he still has a lot more to achieve before he can be described as a live wire for club side.

“My adaptation has been a little faster than expected, but I do not consider that anything has been accomplished,” the Olympique Marseille ace said to his club’s website.

“Nothing is done, there are many players and a lot of competition. I am still very young, and I’m trying to get into the starting line-up as often as possible.

“The key for me is to play as much as possible, to continue to progress, gain experience and the confidence of my coach. After that, it’s true that it’s going pretty well, I must continue and try to be in the first eleven frequently, which is very important for confidence.”

The 20-year-old has been in good form for club and country and has often scored to rescue points for OM to keep their title chase alive.

He is presently in contention for the 2010 CAF Best Player and BBC African Best Player Awards.
