Oguaa United beat Denkyira Wonders

Cape Coast, Nov. 28, GNA - Oguaa United whipped Denkyira Great Wonders 3-1 in their Central Region Division Two league match played at the Robert Mensah stadium in Cape Coast on Saturday.

Francis Loo, Osumanu Musah and Mensah Annan scored for Oguaa United while George Asmah pulled a goal back for Great Wonders.

After both sides had scored a goal each in the first half it was Oguaa United came back strongly in the second half to score two more goals through mid-fielder, Loo and centre-half, Musah in the 65th and 70th minutes respectively to seal the doom of the visitors. Results of other league matches played at the various centres were, Denkyira United drew 0-0 against Assin North United, Liberty Rainbow also drew goalless with Abura Great Astronomers with Assin Dompim Ahofra Royals drawing 2-2 with Elmina Coconut Sharks.

Mankessim MIR F/C beat Saltpond Kampsite Academy 1-0, Assin Akrofuom Santos F/C also beat Biriwa Academy 3-2 with Atandansu Royals chalking a hard fought 1-0 win over Yamoransa Motherland, while Mankessim Mighty Victory also beat Abura Dunkwa Galaxy F/C 2-1.

Great Breman United spanked Ochiso Etwe Ewuraku F/C 4-0, Apam Liberty decisioned Agona Swedru Alpha Stars 3-1, Fetteh Youngsters drew goalless against Agona Fankobaa, while Senya Soccer Professionals lost 0-1 to Fetteh Future Fighters.

The rest of the results are Gomoaman Dahlin beat Apam Maxbees Babies 3-2, Kasoa FAUZAN drew 2-2 with Buduburam F/C, Kasoa Bagojet spanked Awutu Bereku Parmjet 2-0, Nyanyano Real Madrid beat their counterparts Nyanyano Super Sports 2-1 while Nyanyano Proud United lost 0-1 to Buduburam Bendu Enforcers with Tuba Metro Stars also losing 0-1 to Kasoa 24/7 United.
