Our Factory Is Environmentally Friendly - Instyle

Accra, Aug 12, - Instyle Industries Limited today assured the public that its factory operates in an environmentally friendly condition and is constantly monitored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). A statement issued in Accra by Instyle said the factory is situated in an industrial zone in the Ga District with noise level within internationally approved limits. The statement signed by Mr Samuel O. Bossman, Managing Director of Instyle, is in reaction to media reports on residents around the industry complaining about the factory's noise level and smoke. It said at the time of the publications, EPA had already inspected the factory and recommended that some operational aspects needed improvement. The recommendations were the replacement of nozzles of the furnace, raising the chimney and upgrading the drainage system. The statement accused Reverend Felix Quaye who lives behind the factory of master-minding the complaints.
