Liverpool won’t sign Dede Ayew this summer

Liverpool have turned down the opportunity to sign Ghana forward Andre Ayew, according to reports in France.

The 25-year-old is up for grabs as a free agent with his contract at Olympique Marseille set to expire at the end of the current campaign.

But whereas clubs like Everton, Newcastle, Napoli and Inter Milan are jostling to sign the Ghana international, Liverpool refused to make a move.

An agent is said to have contacted the Reds over the prospect of signing Andre Ayew.

Liverpool however responded by saying the Ghanaian is not one of their transfer priorities this summer.

This means Ayew will not be joining Liverpool this summer.

Meanwhile, fresh reports emerging from France claim German duo Wolfsburg and Dortmund have presented official bids for the Ghanaian.
