J.S. Addo Seniors golf on April 7

The fifth annual J. S. Addo Seniors Golf Championship tees off at the Achimota Golf Course in Accra on Saturday on April seven.

A spokesman for the Club who announced this in Accra on Monday, said the one-day 18-hole stableford competition open to seniors members of the Achimota and Tema Golf Clubs aged 55 and above, is being sponsored by ECOBANK Ghana Limited.

Among the golfers who have registered for the competition from Achimota include Lee Mensah, S. B. Quartey, Kofi Agyemang, Emmanuel Aryee, D. Opoku Mensah, V. Wood and Atta Nyamekye.

He said there would also be a special competition for 50 to 54-year groups and three prizes would be given with six prizes going to the main event.

Mr J. S. Addo, First Chairman of the Board of Directors of ECOBANK, will be assisted by Mr Jean Aka, Managing Director of the Bank in giving away the prizes.
