Erstwhile Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo has forewarned his successor Kenichi Yatsuhashi to remain patient if he is to succeed at the club.

The Japanese trainer took charge of Hearts only in October but has been underrated by the club's fans for his lack of practical experience.

Addo, who Kenichi succeeded at Hearts, was pressurized by fans to abandon the role following the club's abysmal showing in the league.

But Addo has advised Kenichi to exercise a lot of patience if he is to succeed at the club.

"With a club like this, you will need a lot of patience. You will enjoy Hearts once the results start coming," he said during the seminar organised by Ghana coach Avram Grant on Friday.

Addo has returned to Inter Allies - a club he left to join Hearts of Oak after the end of the 2013/14 season.
