Hearts of Oak win African Super Cup

KUMASI, Ghana, Feb 11 (DS) - Ghana's Hearts of Oak beat Egypt's Zamalek 2-0 in a trouble-free African Super Cup final on Sunday.
Ismael Addo scored the opening goal in the 11th minute from a corner by Emmanuel Osei Kufuor.
Kufuor doubled the tally just 10 seconds into the second half from a splendid pass by defender Charles Taylor. The match was played in Kumasi rather than the Accra home of Hearts of Oak after Zamalek asked the Confederation of African Football to switch the venue because of safety concerns. Crowd violence erupted when Hearts played Esperance of Tunisia in the African Champions League final, second leg, in Ghana's capital in December.
There were no incidents this time.
