Greater Accra Schools Sports Festival ends Nov. 18

Accra, Nov. 16, GNA - The 2011 Greater Accra Private Schools Sports Festival will formally end on Friday, November 18 at the Azumah Nelson Sports Complex, Kaneshie.

A statement issued and signed by Saka Acquaye, Greater Accra Regional Director of National Sports Authority, copied to GNA Sports said the closing ceremony will be presided over by Jordan Anagbla, Vice President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

It said the GFA Vice President will present medals and citation to personalities such as Nana Obuedam V (also known as Reverend Prince Kwame Katu), Paul Twenoboah of Action Senior High School, John Amankwah - former Chairman of the Non-Assisted Secondary School Association (NASSA), Edward Ofori Quaye - former Vice Chairman NASSA for their contributions to sports development at the secondary schools level.
